Q: Does MLE-ShootingSports regularly keep all Warren Tactical Series Sights in stock?

Q: Will the Glock sets fit all Glock types?
A:
Yes
 
Q: Are the night sight rears 1 dot, 2 dots or a bar?
A:
The "Warren Tactical" night sight set comes in two styles:  1) A 3-dot setup with 2 tritium lamps in the rear and one in the front.  2) A 2-dot setup with 1 tritium lamp in the rear and one in the front.  The "Sevigny Carry" night sight set is a 2-dot setup; 1 tritium lamp in the rear and one in the front.
 
Q: Whose tritium is being used?
A:
Trijicon's with a white outline.
 
Q: What colors are the tritium sights?
A:
. Tritium sights are setup as follows:
- WTS front sight's lamps are green with a white outline, and are larger than the rear lamps.
- WTS rear lamps are amber, and are smaller than the front lamps.
 
Q: Have these sights been tested? Has anyone won any events with these?

Q: Where are Warren Tactical sights made?
A:
Warren Tactical Series sights are designed and manufactured in the
USA!
 
Q: What colors do the WTS fiber optic front sights come in?
A:
WTS fiber optic fronts, come with over 2" [each] red and green fiber.
The WTS fiber optic sight is shipped with the red fiber installed.
Your gunsmith can easily switch out the colors during installation, if you prefer green.

*Generally, many people have requested the red fiber, which is why it is shipped with that color installed.
 
Q: What is the diameter of the fiber optic material used for the WTS fiber optic fronts?
A:
WTS fiber optic fronts, use a .040 fiber optic.
 
Q: What type of sights are these, and what material is used?
A:
Warren Tactical Series sights are fixed and constructed of steel hardened to Rc 35-40. Finish is black oxide and adjustable only for windage.
 
Q: Are the front sights serrated?
A:
Yes. The front sights have fine horizontal serrations.
 
Q: How are the rear sights designed?
A:
Rear sights have a back drafted surface with no serrations.
 
Q: Are the rear Glock sights considered a "drop-in fit"?
A:
No, the rear Glock sights are not considered a drop-in fit.  All WTS sights
can be installed in minutes by a qualified gunsmith. 
The rear Glock sight is retained by using
a light press fit into the factory dovetail and a small set-screw.  The use of a
Glock sight tool by a qualified gunsmith, is recommended.

Note: The rear Glock sight could require some fitting, by a qualified gunsmith.
The fit is snug on purpose, to ensure a secure application.
 
Q:  How are the front and rear Glock sights retained?
A: The Glock front sight is retained with a WTS 3/16” hex screw.  The Glock rear sight is retained with a #
6-32 X 18 screw.  A 1/16" hex head allen wrench will be needed for the rear sight.
 
Q:  Does Warren Tactical offer sights for the Smith & Wesson M&P?
A: Yes!  As of January 2007, Warren Tactical is offering a rear sight for the M&P. 
The Warren Tactical Series rear works great with the standard S&W front sight.
Front sights are coming!
 
Q:  Are the rear Smith & Wesson M&P sights considered a "drop-in-fit"?
A: Yes.  The Warren Tactical Series M&P rear sight is a drop-in fit.
Like the Glock and Sig rears, the M&P rear is also held in with a hex screw.
 
Q:  Does Warren Tactical offer sights for any other the Smith & Wesson models?
A: Yes!  As of June 2007, Warren Tactical is offering front and rear sight for the
5903, 5906, and 1911.
 
Q:  Are the Smith & Wesson 5903, 5906, and 1911 models' sights considered a "drop-in-fit"?
A: No, both front and rear sights are not considered a drop-in fit.  All WTS sights can be installed in minutes by a qualified gunsmith.  Front and rear sights are retained by using a light press fit into the factory dovetail.  The rear sight uses a small set-screw.

Q:  I'd like to use a much higher plain front sight on my Glock, is there one available?
A: Yes.  Warren Tactical Series offers a front sight called a "Gunsmith Blank".  Although in most cases, the standard front sight work great, some folks have requested something unique.  Gunsmith blanks are much higher front sights, that need to be reworked and refinished by a competent gunsmith for an adjusted aim.
