MLE's simple philosophy is, "Make Friends, & Make The Customer Happy". Products are used by Mike or friends on the range. We try to be sure that everything is fairly priced. If we don't like the quality or can't sell it at a reasonable price, then we won't sell it. Most orders are processed within the same business day. Exceptions might be around certain holidays, or when we're on the road. If we know that we'll be out of the office for an extended period of time, a message will be posted. We don't want to make you wait, if it can be helped. Sometimes, things just run out of stock. If that happens, we will make every effort to contact you right away. You'll be told when it will be in stock. If you want a substitue, fine. If you want a refund, that's fine too. Remember, we want you to be happy. You might have heard that we ship every order with free stuff. Yes, that is true! Every customer gets a little something for free*. It can be anything from a free MLE pens, MLE notepads, MLE mouse pads [with built-in calendar], an MLE hat, or...? We're always looking for new useful ideas. What good is something free, if it is not useful? Why do we give out free stuff with every order? Because free stuff makes people happy! Customers get a little extra for their money. Every customer wants to know that their business is appreciated. Rather than spend money on huge fancy ads, we save some of our marketing budget to give something back to the customer.
